On today’s SBAM Weekly Podcast, Michael Rogers talks with Megan Doherty, president of F.D. Hayes Electric, a member of the Michigan 50 Companies to Watch. They’re a nearly century-old family-run business. “One of the things that I've really tried to learn from my father that ran the company before me, and learned from, is just really developing meaningful partnerships,” Doherty says. “So that's going to mean with customers, with vendors, and probably most importantly, with our employees.”
